Andrea Swinton, Founder
Andrea Swinton is a professional coach, facilitator, and workshop developer, with extensive corporate and informal multicultural education experience. Cultural intelligence and cross cultural-education is at the heart of her life. Andrea is a Nationally Certified Diversity Professional and has a Master Degree in Multicultural Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance Management, and drives to have her clients produce measurable results. Spanning over 25 years, Andrea has worked with diverse populations from various industries at all levels of organizations.

She has personally coached and trained over 7,000 students and adults in public education, private education, adjudicated communities, private and public organizations, and in communities of unstable residences.
