*This event is the 14th Week in this ongoing series.

Awareness is the key to humanity rising.

This event is designed to have everyone more aware of their relationships with regard to race. We apply ERL’s relationship model, which is impactful and empowers people along their path of discovering how to build their relationships across racial barriers.

THIS event will be 1.5 hours long. The last half hour is designed for people who have participated in two or more of the Open Forum on Race 'awareness' sessions. We will be in action practicing to cause 'humanity rising'. Those of you who would like to be 'in action' will have the opportunity to simulate conversations that will open or expand your capacity to positively impact race relations in your life.

About the Host:

Andrea Swinton is a professional coach, facilitator, and workshop developer, with extensive corporate and informal multicultural education experience. Cultural intelligence and cross cultural-education is at the heart of her life. Andrea is a Nationally Certified Diversity Professional and has a Master Degree in Multicultural Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance Management, and drives to have her clients produce measurable results. Spanning over 25 years, Andrea has worked with diverse populations from various industries at all levels of organizations.
