This is Session 18 of our series about causing humanity to rise from wherever you are. This series is designed to have everyone more aware of their relationships with regard to race. We apply ERL’s impactful relationship model, which empowers people to discover how to build their relationships across racial barriers.

Biweekly, our 1.5 hour sessions allow us to engage with each other while studying ourselves and our relationship to race. We consider how our relationships regarding race are a function of what we see and the images that we construct of others. Identifying the framework has made us aware of the camps that we are in when we are faced with challenging situations.
